Pie
- Break 6 eggs into a deep container, add 1 cup of granulated sugar and beat thoroughly with a blender until the mass increases by 2-3 times.
- Add 6 tbsp. l sunflower oil and beat well with a blender again.
- We attach 1 glass of flour, 10 g of baking powder to the mixture and knead with a tablespoon from the bottom up until the dough becomes homogeneous and without lumps.
- Half of the dough, equal to about 400 g, is poured into a second deep container.
- Pour 0.5 cups of flour into the first container and mix thoroughly with a spoon from the bottom up.
- In the second container, add 0.5 cups of cocoa powder and, gently holding a spoon from the bottom up, knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- We carefully lubricate the multicooker bowl with 10-15 g of butter, applying oil to the bottom and walls.
- In the center of the bowl lay 3 tbsp. l chocolate dough.
- Then spread 3 tbsp directly into the center of the chocolate layer. l white dough.
- Then again in the middle of the already white layer lay out 3 tbsp. l chocolate dough.
- We spread 3 tbsp. In the middle of the chocolate dough. l white mass, and so we repeat until we run out of two types of dough. The result is a two-color dough, reminiscent of a target with its pattern.
- Now create a drawing, for this we take a sushi stick or wooden skewer and immerse it from the side of the bowl to the bottom.
- Then we draw it to the center of the future pie, pull it out and again immerse it on the side of the bowl in the dough at a distance of one quarter from the previous place. We repeat this process 2 more times, each time retreating a quarter from the place where they carried out with a stick.
- Now immerse the stick in the middle and draw from the center to the edge, leaving a trace in the test located approximately in the middle between the previous lines. Similarly, we act 3 more times, creating a beautiful uniform pattern.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and put it on the “Multi-cook” or “Baking” mode 125 ° C for 1 hour, and press “Start”.
- When the crock-pot turns off, we wait another 20 minutes, after which we open the lid.
- We put a double boiler basket in the bowl, fix, turn, remove the holders and the bowl itself with tacks or a towel, so as not to burn yourself.
- Leave the cake to cool on the lattice of a double boiler.
Glaze
- In the bowl of the multicooker, mix 3 tbsp. l with a hill of cocoa powder with 3 tbsp. l with a hill of granulated sugar and 3 tbsp. l with a slide of sour cream.
- We mix all the ingredients well with a silicone spatula, select the “Multipovar” mode of 100 ° C and press “Start”.
- To make the mass homogeneous, stir a silicone spatula with the icing in the bowl for 1-2 minutes.
- When bubbles appear on the surface, turn off the slow cooker and add 50 g of butter to the chocolate mass.
- Stirring well, we wait until the oil melts in the glaze and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- We put the pie on the dish and gently spread the icing on top with a spatula, trying to evenly distribute it on the baking surface, then coat the sides.
- We put the condensed milk in a pastry bag and apply any pattern on top of the glaze.
- Cut our pie-cake into pieces, put it on a dessert plate and serve.
