Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Premium wheat flour - 5 tbsp. l
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l
- Milk - 6 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Granulated sugar - 150 g per dough + 50 g per syrup
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- Table vinegar 9% - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 tsp
- Water (for syrup) - 150 ml
- Sour cream (thick) - 350 g
- Almonds - for decoration
- Salt - a pinch
Step cooking
- We break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk.
- Add sugar and continue whisking.
- Add salt, milk and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powder, sift into a bowl of liquid ingredients. Mix everything well with a whisk so that there are no lumps. If desired, add vanillin or vanilla sugar.
- We extinguish soda with vinegar and pour into a bowl to the rest of the ingredients, mix.
- Add vegetable oil to the dough and mix well again.
- Pour the dough into a silicone or glass form, which can be put in the microwave.
- We send the form with the test in the microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 800 watts. If the power is less, then the dough is baked a little longer. When the microwave turns off, we don’t take out the cake immediately, but leave it inside for another 10 minutes with the door closed. After that we take out the cake from the mold and set it aside.
- In a separate saucepan, prepare the syrup. Bring sugar with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3-4 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Put sour cream in the mixer bowl and pour powdered sugar. Beat until a thick, homogeneous cream. It is best to take homemade sour cream.
- Finely chop the almonds. If desired, you can take walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.
- We cut the cake into two parts with a special string, a dense thread or a sharp knife.
- We lubricate both parts of the cake with syrup as an impregnation. But this is optional.
- Smear the cream bottom cream. Cover with a second crust on top and press down a little with your hands.
- We also coat the second cake on top with cream, carefully distributing it with a spatula.
- Also cover with cream and sides.
- Sprinkle with chopped almonds or other nuts.
- The finished cake can be placed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or you can immediately serve it on the table. Enjoy your meal!
