Ingredients

- Sour cream - 350 g

- Butter - 180 g
- Condensed milk - 1 can
- Poppy - 120 g
- Walnuts - 120 g
- Dried apricots - 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- Hot water - 0.5-1 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- First, prepare all the ingredients. Sift flour (1.5 cups) previously, chop walnuts (120 g) into crumbs. This can be done using a blender or coffee grinder. Rinse dried apricots (120 g), dry with a clean kitchen towel and chop finely. Pour poppy seeds with hot water (0.5-1 stack.) And leave for no more than 5 minutes, then drain the water. Each cake will be prepared separately, so three deep bowls will be needed. Now you should prepare the base or dough. It can be done separately for each cake, or you can prepare a common base and divide it into 3 equal parts. You can use any of these methods, the recipe describes the second option.
- So, everything is prepared, you can begin to knead the dough. Drive chicken eggs (3 pcs.) Into a deep bowl, add sugar (1.5 cups) and mix until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Then add sour cream (350 g), potato starch (1.5 tbsp.), Baking soda (1.5 tsp.), And again thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
- In the resulting mass, add pre-sifted flour (1.5 cups) in portions, stirring vigorously. The finished dough by consistency should turn out like thick sour cream.
- The resulting dough must be divided into 3 equal parts and put in deep bowls.
- Pour chopped walnuts (100 g) into one bowl with the dough and mix thoroughly.
- To make cakes, you will need a mold with a diameter of 20, 22 or 24 cm. At the bottom of the mold you need to put parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil using a silicone brush.
- Pour the dough with nuts into the prepared form and send in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until cooked. While the first cake cake is baked, pour chopped dried apricots (100 g) into another bowl with dough and mix well. And in the third bowl with the dough, add the poppy seeds and mix well again.
- Pull the cake with the ready cake out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly and remove the cake. Thus, the second and third cakes with dried apricots and poppy seeds are baked. At the same time, every time it is necessary to lay parchment paper on the bottom of the form and grease it with vegetable oil. For lubrication of 1 tsp. there will be enough oil.
- Finished cakes should be cooled, and then it is necessary to clean from parchment paper.
- It remains to prepare a cream for lubrication. Put softened butter (180 g), condensed milk (1 can) in a bowl, beat with a mixer until cream is formed and leave in the refrigerator for a while so that it thickens.
- Put the cake with nuts on a convenient plate or stand, grease with cream on top and around the edges, put cake with dried apricots on it, grease the cake with poppy seeds, which must also be carefully lubricated with cream.
- Now it remains to sprinkle the cake on top with the remaining nut crumbs (20 g), garnish with berries or dried fruits, and send in the refrigerator for a while (preferably at night) so that the dessert is well soaked. The cake is ready, bon appetit!
