Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 120 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Vanilla Sugar - ½ tsp.
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Banana - 4 pcs.
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 10 g
Step cooking
- First bake a biscuit. To do this, take 5 eggs and separate the squirrels from the yolks.
- Add 75 g of sugar to the proteins and beat them with a mixer until a snow-white foam.
- Mix the yolks with 75 g of sugar and beat with a mixer until the mass increases in volume.
- Next, gently mix both egg masses with a spoon.
- Next, add ½ tsp vanilla sugar and 120 g sifted wheat flour. Do this with gentle movements, raising the dough from bottom to top.
- Take a detachable mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm and grease it with 10 g of vegetable oil or cover it with baking paper.
- Transfer the dough into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- Bake a biscuit for 30-35 minutes.
- Check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden skewer.
- Remove the biscuit from the pan and let it cool completely.
- Make a cream. To do this, take ½ banana and mash it with a fork.
- Add 30 g of sugar, 200 g of sour cream and 200 g of cottage cheese to the banana puree. Mix well or whisk with a mixer.
- Grate 100 g of chocolate on a fine grater. Cut the remaining bananas into 4-5 mm thick rings.
- Cut the cooled biscuit into 2-3 cakes.
- Lubricate the cakes with cream and spread the sliced bananas.
- Grease the top cake and the sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Let the cake soak for 2-4 hours. Enjoy your meal.
Cooking recommendations
- You can add coconut or chocolate chips to the biscuit dough.
- If you have a powerful mixer, beating eggs is permissible without separating the whites from the yolks.
- Instead of bananas, you can use raspberries, strawberries, peaches or kiwi.
- In order for the cake to have a rich banana flavor, choose bright yellow bananas with brown dots. Such bananas are the most fragrant, sweet and healthy.
- The finished cake can be decorated with fresh berries and fruits, nuts or melted chocolate.
