Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Sugar - 330 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Water - 140 ml
- Cocoa - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder - 5 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cream 33-35% - 500 ml
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Banana - 4-7 pcs.
Step cooking
- Mix 180 grams of flour with baking powder and 25 grams of cocoa powder. Mix.
- We separate the proteins and yolks, and bring 70 milliliters of water to a boil.
- Beat the yolks, pour in parts of boiling water.
- Put vanilla sugar without stopping whipping.
- Add 170 grams of sugar in parts.
- Beat 5-7 minutes until a light airy light mass is formed.
- Beat the whites in a separate bowl, pour a pinch of salt and beat until stable peaks.
- Put whipped squirrels on top of the whipped yolk mass.
- Add the flour mixture with cocoa on top.
- Gently knead the dough with the spatula from the bottom up.
- Pour the dough into a mold covered with parchment. Scroll the form.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, about 30 minutes.
- Leave the biscuit to cool.
- Pour gelatin into 70 milliliters of water.
- From the biscuit, cut out the middle, leaving the sides. Cut the pulp and leave it in a separate bowl.
- Put bananas in the middle, you can whole, but you can cut it.
- Set the ring to make it easier to collect the cake.
- In a separate bowl, mix 150 grams of sugar, cottage cheese and the remaining banana and grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
- We heat the swollen gelatin, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Pour gelatin into the curd filling.
- Mix and remove the filling for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Beat very cold cream with a mixer until stable.
- Cream is added to the curd filling and gently mix them.
- At the very end, add grated chocolate to the cream.
- Spread the cream on top of the bananas and level. We spread the cream with a slide, so that the cake looks like a mole's mink.
- Sprinkle the cake on top with biscuit crumbs.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours. Done!
