Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 5 tbsp. l
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Milk 2.5% - 6 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 6 tbsp. l
- Flavourless vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Soda - ½ tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream 20% - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp. l
- Banana - 2 pcs.
Step cooking
Making biscuit
- Drive two chicken eggs into a deep bowl.
- Add ¼ tsp. salt and whisk until smooth. For this recipe, you do not need to beat eggs in a lush mass, a biscuit and so it turns out lush. But you can use a mixer so as not to whip manually.
- Next, pour 6 tbsp. l milk 2.5% fat.
- Add 6 tbsp. l sugar and mix thoroughly all the ingredients until smooth. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking: those who love the sweetest - you can add more sugar, and vice versa - reduce its quantity.
- In a fine sieve, measure out 5 tbsp. l with a hill of wheat flour.
- To the flour add 1 tbsp. l cocoa and sift the flour with cocoa into the dough, mix well again so that there are no lumps.
- ½ tsp extinguish soda 1 tsp. vinegar and add to the dough, mix.
- Lastly, pour 2 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil and mix everything again.
- We transfer the finished dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm.
- We put the form in the microwave at a power of 800 watts for 5 minutes. When the microwave with a sound signal informs you of the end of cooking, we don’t open the door, but leave the biscuit for 10 minutes, otherwise there is a risk that it will settle.
- After this time, remove the mold from the microwave, remove the biscuit from the mold and let it cool.
- Then cut the biscuit into two parts. To do this, you need to make an incision with a knife around the entire perimeter of the biscuit, and then using a cooking thread to cut it into two parts. Thanks to this technique, two equal parts will be obtained.
Cooking Cream Sour Cream
- In a deep bowl we transfer 500 g of sour cream of 20% fat content. For such a cream, it is best to use sour cream with a maximum percentage of fat content to make the cream tasty and stable.
- Pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l icing sugar, mix with a whisk. It is better not to whip the sour cream with a mixer, otherwise it may become liquid.
Cake assembly
- Put the first cake on a plate or dish and grease with cream.
- Then coat the cream with the second cake.
- Peel two bananas and cut into thin circles.
- We spread the banana circles on top of the cream on the first cake.
- Cover with a second cake, greased side down.
- Carefully coat the top and sides of the cake. You can decorate the cake with chocolate chips, ground nuts. Such a cake does not require long impregnation, it can immediately be served to the table. Enjoy your meal!
