Ingredients
- kefir - 250 ml
- sugar - 200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 320 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- vanilla sugar - 5 g
- a pinch of salt - 1 pinch
- cocoa - 50 g
- butter - 200 g
- condensed milk - 385 g
- roasted nuts - 50 g
- prunes - 8-10 pcs.
- chocolate - 90 g
- sour jam - for greasing cake
Step cooking
- Sift 320 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl, then add 5 g of vanilla sugar, 10 g of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt to it, and mix all the ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs and add 200 g of granulated sugar to them, then beat them with a mixer until thick foam.
- Next, add 250 ml of kefir to beaten eggs and sugar. Kefir can be replaced with yogurt or unsweetened yogurt without additives.
- Now you can gradually introduce dry ingredients to the eggs and yogurt, while continuing to beat.
- After you have introduced the dry ingredients and mixed everything, add 50 g of sifted cocoa. Gently mix the mass so that the cocoa is inside, then mix the dough again with a blender.
- Take a detachable mold with a diameter of 22 cm, cover the bottom of the mold with parchment, then grease the parchment and sides of the mold with melted butter or vegetable oil. Put the dough in the mold and flatten it. Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- While the cake is baked, you can begin to prepare the cream. Pour 385 g of condensed milk into a deep bowl and add 200 g of softened butter to it, then beat the ingredients with a blender.
- Fry 50 g of walnuts in a pan, let them cool slightly, then chop them with a knife or rolling pin, add the nuts to the cream.
- Rinse 8-10 pieces of prunes thoroughly and cut into small strips or cubes, then add to the cream. Put 1/3 of the cream on a separate plate, so that later they can be coated with the sides of the cake.
- Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and let it cool slightly, then remove its shape and cut off the top. Next, cut this apex into small pieces and pour into a cream, and then mix.
- Fix the rest of the biscuit in the mold and grease the top with sour jam. Put the sliced slices that you mixed with the cream on this biscuit, flatten and slightly press the top of the cake, then carefully remove the ring.
- Smear the sides of the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with nut crumbs. Melt 90 g of dark chocolate in a water bath, and then pour them on top of the cake. Remove the finished cake for several hours in the refrigerator, then transfer to a dish and serve.
