- Strawberry - 100 g

- Mastic - 800-1000 g
- Golden kandurin - 1/2 tsp.
- Vodka - 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking
Cakes
- First of all, we prepare cake cakes. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix 470 g of sifted flour through a sieve with 20 g of baking powder. All mix well with a whisk.
- In a separate bowl we put 340 g of melted butter and add 400 g of sugar. With the help of a mixer, we whisk all well thoroughly at maximum speed.
- Gradually add the eggs to the butter and sugar. You need to add them one at a time, while for all the cake you need 6 eggs. In the process of adding them, do not stop whipping the whole mass with a mixer.
- After adding the eggs to the resulting liquid mass, pour 200 g of strawberry yogurt, continuing to stir everything. You will also need lemon zest with 2 citruses. We also send it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients at the same time as strawberry yogurt.
- We send flour with baking powder to the resulting mass. It must be added in portions in 2 stages. After each addition, the dough is mixed with a mixer.
- We divide the dough into 2 parts and fill it in 2 baking dishes with a diameter of 20 cm. The mold can be covered with parchment paper.
- Bake cakes for an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 1 hour, remove the cakes from the oven and remove from the mold. Wrap each cake in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Decor
- While the cakes are cooling, we are preparing the decor for the cake. To do this, you need 800-1000 g of white mastic. It can be purchased at the store or made independently at home. We form a horn and ears of a unicorn from mastic. To do this, roll one piece of mastic into a long sausage about 1.5-2 cm thick in the center and thinner at the edges. Fold the sausage in half and twist. Near the thick edge, cut off the excess mastic with a sharp knife.
- We turn the resulting horn from mastic onto a wooden skewer. Lubricate the resulting part with ordinary water using a brush.
- For the ears you need a round metal mold with a diameter of 5-7 cm. Using a rolling pin, we roll the mastic into a thin layer and cut out 2 circles. It is also necessary to cut 2 circles with a smaller diameter. To do this, you can use a glass or a small glass glass.
- We put two large circles together and cut them in the center using a round shape.Similarly, we do with smaller circles.
- Lubricate the resulting parts for the ears with water, and put small ones on top of the large ovals. You should get 2 unicorn ears. We fix them on toothpicks and let them freeze for 6-8 hours.
- In a separate small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l vodka and 1/2 tsp golden kandurin. We mix everything until smooth and with the resulting mixture we paint the decorative details of the mastic in several layers. Let them dry by laying on a paper towel.
Cream for a layer of cake
- We begin to prepare the cream for the layer. He will need 50 g of strawberry puree. For its preparation, 100 g of fresh strawberries are put in a saucepan and add 30 g of sugar. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Then we grind the resulting mass through a sieve.
- We break 120 g of white chocolate into small pieces, put in a small plate and melt in the microwave. Mixed white chocolate is mixed with strawberry puree.
- In a deep bowl we put 350 g of cream cheese, 60 g of soft butter and 120 g of powdered sugar. Mix everything well until smooth, using a mixer.
- Pour the chocolate-strawberry mass into the resulting cream and mix again with a mixer.
Cake assembly
- When the cakes are cooled, cut off the top from them and cut each into 2 parts.
- Every cake is generously coated with the resulting cream. Be sure to coat the edges well so that they do not turn out to be dry. Lubricate the top layer with cream. If the cream protrudes along the edges, smear it with a spatula. We put the cakes smeared with cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Prepare a cream cheese cream. For it, you need 450 g of soft butter, which we transfer to a deep bowl and whisk with a mixer until white.
- Add 200 g of powdered sugar to whipped oil and continue to mix everything with a mixer.
- At the end, put in the resulting mass 700 g of cream cheese. Beat all the ingredients for the cream until smooth.
- After 2 hours, we take the cake out of the refrigerator and make a rough coating of cheese cream. It is necessary to smear it on top and along the edges of the cake with a layer of a thickness of 2-3 mm. It is convenient to do this with a special kitchen spatula. Remove the missed cake in the refrigerator for another 1 hour.
- After an hour, level the cake with a second layer of cream. At the edges and top, the cake should be as smooth and even as possible.
Decoration
- The remains of the cream are distributed in 3 cups and painted in any colors that you like using food colors.
- The resulting multi-colored cream is filled into a pastry bag with a curly nozzle. We proceed to decorate the finished cake.
- Unicorn eyes can be drawn around the edge using black food coloring.
- Decorate the cake with colored circles on top, using tinted cream.
- In the center we put a horn of mastic, and at the edges - the ears of a unicorn.
