Ingredients
Flour | 200 g |
Baking powder | 15 g |
Condensed milk | 650 g |
Eggs | 3 pcs. |
Salt | pinch |
Butter | 80 g |
Fat cream | 500 ml |
Powdered sugar | 50 g |
Step cooking
- Sift the flour, add the baking powder and mix everything with a whisk.
- In another bowl we combine 500 grams of condensed milk, eggs, salt, and beat everything with a mixer for a couple of minutes.
- In one step we introduce the dry ingredients. Beat with a mixer at low speeds until smooth.
- Enter 80 grams of melted (cooled) butter. Beat until smooth.
- Circle the baking dish with pencil on parchment paper.
- We spread the dough into a circle with a thin layer and distribute it around the entire circumference.
- We bake cakes in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for just a couple of minutes. As soon as the cake becomes golden - we take it out of the oven. Let the cakes cool. It will take 14 cakes. Cool the cakes completely.
- Beat very cold cream at minimum speed, gradually increasing speed to maximum.
- To cream add either 150 grams of condensed milk, or 50 grams of powdered sugar.
- When all the cakes have cooled, we collect the cake. Apply a little cream to the substrate so that the cake does not slip. Put the cake on top and grease it with cream.
- We take this step until the cakes and cream are over. The topmost cake is not covered with cream. The remaining cream grease the sides of the cake.
- We leave the cake in the refrigerator for the night or for a couple of hours. Decorate the cake to taste, and you're done!
Cooking variations
"Dairy Girl" - This is a delicious and delicate cake, which is ideal not only for the assembly of multi-tiered cakes. You can safely eat it like this, without additives - just with cream and cakes. But the great advantage of this cake is that it can be decorated and beaten with various fillings according to your taste and desire. There are as many options as possible to decorate the cake, and what filling to make for it. Here are a few of them:
- Cover the cake with icing, ganache or just melted chocolate.
- Decorate the cake with meringues or any other decorations.
- Sprinkle the cake with coconut, milk or dark chocolate, white chocolate in drops, sprinkled with cocoa powder or berries.
- Add berries, fruits, nuts, or chocolate inside the cake. So the cake will be even more delicious.
- Sprinkle the top of the cake with the cookies ground in the blender.
