Step cooking
Cooking cake
- We prepare the ingredients: take the gingerbread, cut it in half along.
- Cut bananas into circles.
- Pour sour cream (20-30%) - 600 g into a deep bowl and pour 100 g of powdered sugar, mix thoroughly with a mixer or whisk until smooth.
- We cover the other deep bowl with cling film so that the edges hang down.
- Then dip the slices of gingerbread in sour cream and spread in one layer on the bottom of the bowl.
- The next layer lay out the banana circles as close as possible to one to one. You can add nuts to taste to a layer of bananas.
- Next, lay out again a layer of gingerbread in sour cream, a layer of bananas, nuts (optional) and so on. The number of layers depends on your shape. The main thing is to remember that the last layer should be from gingerbread.
Exposure and Feeding
The finished cake needs to be kept at room temperature for 1-2 hours, and then it will need to be stored in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Turn the frozen cake onto a dish and remove the film.
You can decorate the cake based on what foods you have in the kitchen. Examples of a very simple cake decorating:
- grate or melt the chocolate and pour the cake on top;
- sprinkle with coconut or cocoa powder;
- you can take any fruit (depending on what your filling consists of), cut into thin slices and put on a cake, you can also take a few kind of fruit;
- a cake is very effective if it is decorated with marshmallows or marshmallows (you can melt it and pour it on the cake);
- you can make a separate type of cream, add natural dye and grease the cake with it completely;
- You can also take the remaining gingerbread cookies, grind them in a blender or rolling pin and sprinkle abundantly on the cake.
Filling Options
Instead of banana, you can put a number of other fruits in the filling, or alternate fruits depending on the height of the cake. Here are some perfect combinations:
- We spread one layer of pineapple, the second - of peach and so alternate.
- We take cherries, free from stones, add grated dark chocolate.
- We mix a set of dried fruits: dried apricots, raisins, dates and so on.
- Take chopped strawberries with raspberry halves.
- Cake with three layers: the first layer with nuts, the second layer - poppy seeds, the third - optionally any chocolate (white, milk or black).
- Berry paradise: mix blueberries, blackberries and currants.
- Strawberry-cottage cheese layer: beat the cottage cheese in a blender, add strawberries in small portions.
- We mix prunes, banana and honey, spread after each layer of gingerbread.
- The perfect combination of coconut with white chocolate (you can add almonds).
- A layer with nuts (you can take several different types of nuts) pour condensed milk, mix everything.
