Ingredients
- Ears cookies - 800 g
- Milk - 1 L
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Butter - 150 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Flour - 70 g
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and add 100 g of sugar to them. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 70 g flour to the resulting mixture. Mix everything well.
- Add 1 tsp. vanilla essence and beat everything again.
- Pour 1 liter of milk into the container. And again, thoroughly mix with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat. The composition must be stirred until it thickens.
- Remove the resulting cream from the heat and let it cool.
- Next, add 150 g of butter to the cooled cream. Stir everything until smooth.
- Take 800 g of “Ears” cookies and blot each cookie in custard. When taking out cookies, put them in a prepared culinary ring. It will become the form for our cake. From the existing cookies and the shape of 22 cm, you will get 5-6 layers of cake.
- Lastly coat the last cookie layer with cream.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- At the end of the time, remove the cake, remove the ring from it and smear it with the remaining cream. Also, decorate the remaining crumbs from the cookies.
