Ingredients
- milk - 600 ml

Step cooking
- First you need to cook custard. To do this, pour 100 ml of milk into a separate bowl and remove briefly to the side, and pour 500 ml of milk into a pan with a thick bottom and put it on fire.
- Then, in a deep bowl, beat 3 chicken eggs and add 200 g of granulated sugar to them. If the eggs are too small, then take 4 pcs. Mix eggs with sugar using a whisk or mixer, no need to beat the mixture.
- After you have mixed sugar and eggs until smooth, add 3 tbsp. l with a slice of potato starch, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and mix the ingredients. If desired, other starch can also be used.
- Pour the remaining 100 ml of milk into the bowl and mix again.
- Remove milk from the fire, not allowing it to boil, it must be very hot. Now pour the egg mixture into the milk in a thin stream, stirring everything with a mixer, then again send the pan to the fire and continuously stir the cream with a whisk until thickened.
- After you remove the cream from the fire, transfer it to another bowl, cover with a bag and let cool. In order to cool down faster, place a bowl of cream in cold water.
- Now put 150-180 g of butter in a bowl and beat well with a mixer. Next, add 1 tbsp of whipped oil. l custard while continuing to whip the mass. After you have added the whole cream to the oil, mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Now you can start forming the cake. Cookies for this will suit anyone, for example, “To coffee” or “Baked milk”. Lubricate the bottom of the plate with cream and put cookies on it, grease it with cream on top and lay out a new layer. So form a cake until you run out of ingredients. You can make any cake shape - square or rectangular.
- From the remaining cookies, make a crumb using a blender, and then sprinkle it on the sides of the cake. Garnish the cocoa dessert on top, sprinkling it evenly with a thin layer. Cocoa can also be replaced with grated chocolate. Leave the cake for 3-4 hours to soak, and then serve with tea.
