Ingredients
cracker cookies without additives (small size) | 250 g |

granulated sugar | 150 - 200 g |

Step cooking
- In a deep bowl or other dish that is convenient for you, combine sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Mix everything well and leave for 5 - 10 minutes so that the sugar begins to dissolve in sour cream.
- Then beat the contents well with a mixer.
- After the sour cream is well beaten and the sugar grains have dissolved, add crackers to the sour cream. Gently stir the resulting mass with a spoon so that the crackers are completely covered with sour cream, but do not crumble and remain whole. The mass should be thick enough, but not crumble.
If you want to diversify the taste of such a cake, you can add fresh fruits or dried fruits, nuts, pieces of chocolate, jelly or marmalade. The main thing, using such additives, you need to ensure that the resulting mass is of the desired consistency. To do this, you can either reduce the number of cookies, or add a little sour cream. - To form a cake, you need to choose a suitable container. It can be a confectionery ring or a board from a demountable baking dish, a silicone mold or any deep container - a bowl or saucepan. To use a confectionery ring or split mold, place them on a tray, plate, or cake plate. If you chose another container with a bottom, then you need to line it around the entire perimeter with cling film or a thin plastic bag. Thus, removing the cake from the mold is not difficult.
- Put a mixture of crackers with sour cream in a container, smooth and send to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and preferably at night, so that the cake is better infused.
- After soaking, take the cake out of the refrigerator. If you used a board from a detachable form or a ring, then you need to walk along the sides of the form with a knife and free the cake. In another case, turn the bowl with the cake on the dish upside down, and the cake can be easily removed due to polyethylene. Then carefully remove the cellophane.
- You can decorate the cake of your own free will: sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa, chopped nuts or coconut. You can also make chocolate icing, pour cold cake on it and make beautiful chocolate streaks.
