Ingredients
- Shortbread Cookies - 0.5-1 kg
- Sour cream - 1 L
- Sugar - 6 tbsp. l
- Bananas - 1 pc.
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Fruit to taste
Step cooking
- Pour 1 liter of sour cream into a separate container.
- Add to the sour cream 1 chopped banana and 6 tbsp. l sugar. Mix everything.
- Break the cookies into small pieces.
- Cover a deep bowl with cling film.
- Place a small layer of sour cream on the film. Next, lay a cookie layer on top of it. The seams between the pieces of cookies must be sprinkled with crumbs from it. So collect all your cake. The last layer is sour cream.
- As soon as you collect the cake, cover it with cling film and lightly tamp everything.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours. At the end of the time, remove the cake from the refrigerator, remove the film, cover with a flat plate on top and turn it over so that it is on the plate.
- Garnish the cake with chocolate chips, which you can make in advance using a grater and 50 g of chocolate, as well as pre-prepared fruits to taste.
