Step cooking
Cooking liver dough
- 500 - 600 g of the liver are cut into pieces for a meat grinder. We twist all the slices in a meat grinder. We are leaving.
- In a separate bowl, break 3 chicken eggs. Salted eggs, approximately 1 tsp. salt. Beat with a whisk.
- Pour 1 cup of milk, mix.
- Add 1 cup flour in small portions.
- Knead well so that there are no lumps.
- We spread the twisted liver.
- Mix everything until smooth. The liver dough is ready.
- For decoration, boil 2 eggs.
Cooking liver pancakes
- We put the pan on the fire, warm it up. Pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Pour the liver dough into a pan with warmed butter with a ladle. Distribute it evenly over the surface of the pan.
- Fry liver pancakes on both sides until cooked. When the pancake is browned on one side, turn over and fry on the other side.
- Thus, we fry all the pancakes, before cooking each subsequent pancake, add a little to the pan of vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat. We spread the fried pancakes on a flat plate. It turned out about 10 pancakes. You may get more or less, depending on the thickness of the poured dough.
Cooking roasting
- Finely chop 3 to 4 medium-sized onions.
- We spread the chopped onions in a frying pan with warmed vegetable oil, fry until golden brown. Onions should be more steamed than fried.
Making a cake
- Put the 1st pancake on a flat plate.
- Lubricate the surface with mayonnaise. Approximately 2 tbsp. Will be required. l. to lubricate the pancake.
- Spread a layer of fried onions. A thin layer evenly distribute it. Put the onion through the layer. It turns out the 1st layer with mayonnaise and onions, the 2nd - only mayonnaise.
- Put the 2nd pancake on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
- Put the 3rd pancake. We spread all the cakes in this way.
- Grease the top layer of liver cake with mayonnaise.
- Decorate with boiled eggs. Separately rub the yolks and squirrels. Pour grated yolk in the middle, grated protein on the sides.
- Let’s soak. The longer it stands, the tastier it will be. Serve chilled as an appetizer or an independent dish.
