Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Lemonade - 500 ml
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Sugar - 850 g
- Cocoa - 100 g
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vanilla Sugar 10 g
- Orange Juice 1 L
- Semolina 7 tbsp. l
- Water 125 ml
Step cooking
- To get started, prepare the cream. To do this, pour 1 liter of orange juice into a deep pan. Next, add 250 g of sugar and 7 tbsp to the juice. l semolina porridge. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Take the test. Sift 480 g flour into a deep bowl.
- Add to the flour 2 cups of sugar, 500 ml of lemonade, 1 tsp. soda, 10 g of vanilla sugar, 250 ml of vegetable oil and 80 g of cocoa. Stir everything thoroughly. The dough is ready, and immediately before baking it will be necessary to add 1 tbsp. l vinegar.
- Cook the icing. To do this, in a turkish knead 1 tbsp. l cocoa, 1 tbsp. l flour, 3 tbsp. l sugar, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 125 ml of water. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
- Take a baking dish and lay parchment paper on its bottom. Pour the vinegar into the dough, stir it and send a small part to the prepared baking dish (you can divide the dough into 4 parts, then bake 4 cakes).
- Send the dough for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. While the cake is baking, pour the orange cream into the saucepan and send it to the hob. Let the composition boil and cook the orange porridge until the required density. Then turn off the burner and let the cream cool.
- Remove the first cake from the oven and also let it cool completely. In this way bake all the cakes for your cake.
- The cooled cakes, if they are thick, can be cut in half with a thread.
- Beat the cooled cream with a mixer or blender.
- At this point, send the icing in the Turk to the oven and cook it until it thickens. In this case, do not forget to constantly stir the composition. Bring it to a boil.
- Collect the brownies. After each crust or half, pour in and evenly distribute 1-2 scoops of cream. The last cake should also be smeared with cream on top and, in addition, pour the glaze you created on it along the entire perimeter so that the mouth-watering flows will flow down. Additionally, chopped nuts can be sprinkled on top of the cake.
