Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 765 g
- Sugar - 590 g
- Salt - 5 g
- Cocoa Powder - 90 g
- Vegetable oil - 140 g
- Soda - 10 g
- Vinegar - 30 g
- Pure water - 750 g
- Juice - 1 L
- Semolina - 120 g
Step cooking
- Using a sieve, sift 750 grams of wheat flour into a large, deep bowl.
- Add 5 grams of salt, 500 grams of granulated sugar, 45 grams of cocoa powder and 10 grams of baking soda to a bowl with flour. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add 125 grams of vegetable oil and 500 grams of clean cold water to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and get a batter.
- Add 30 grams of table 9% vinegar and mix everything again. The dough should start to bubble a little, which means that the soda is working.
- Pour the finished dough into a silicone baking dish. If there is no such shape, then you can use the usual detachable, but then cover it with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and set our cake to bake for 35-40 minutes. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and leave to cool for 1 hour.
- Pour one liter of any fruit juice into the stewpan. In this case, we use grapefruit.
- Add 60 grams of granulated sugar and 120 grams of semolina to the juice. Mix everything, put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes.
- When the cream is still hot, beat it with a mixer until airy.
- In a separate stewpan, mix 45 grams of cocoa powder, 15 grams of wheat flour, 30 grams of granulated sugar and 15 grams of vegetable oil. Mix all the loose ingredients.
- Add 250 grams of water to the stewpan, mix and set aside for a while.
- The cooled cake is cut lengthwise into 4 parts.
- Put the first cake on the serving dish and generously smear it with cream. In the same way we do with all cakes, except for the top, we will pour it with glaze.
- When the cake is assembled, we send the stewpan with the ingredients for the glaze to the stove, bring it to a boil and cook for another 1 minute. Hot glaze pour over the top of the cake and grease it on the sides. To do this, you can use a special pastry spatula or an ordinary tablespoon.
- We decorate the finished cake at will, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to soak. After 3 hours, he gets the dessert out of the refrigerator, cut it in portions, or serve it whole on the table.
