Ingredients
Crackers | 220 g |
Chicken eggs | 3 pcs. |
Milk | 520 ml |
Butter | 150 g |
Condensed milk | 250 g |
Vanillin | 1 pinch |
Sugar | 2 tbsp. l |
Cocoa powder | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
Cream
- Drive 3 eggs into the bucket and shake well with a whisk.
- Add 250 g of condensed milk and mix.
- Enter 400 ml of milk and a pinch of vanillin. Mix again.
- We put the ladle on a small fire and constantly mix the cream. As soon as it begins to boil, we detect it for 1 minute, after which we remove it from the heat and let it cool.
- Whip the soft butter for 1 minute, then gradually introduce the cooled cream into it and mix until smooth.
Chocolate glaze
- To 2 tbsp. l sift sugar 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder. Add 6 tbsp. l milk and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Put the container with the icing in the microwave. Every 30 seconds, remove and mix. The total cooking time is 3 minutes. Glaze should turn out dark and thick.
Making a cake
- Choose cookies with a solid crispy texture. Crackers or biscuit cookies will do. We spread the layer on a serving dish, fill it with cream and level it.
- Repeat the procedure 1-2 more times depending on your form.
- We spread the last layer of cookies and fill with chocolate icing.
- We cover the form with cling film or a lid and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that the cake is well soaked. Our dessert is ready!
Important!It is not recommended to use soft, shortbread or cookies already covered with icing or filling for the cake.
