Ingredients
Product | amount |
Water | 300 ml |
Flour | 500 g |
Butter | 50 ml |
Salt | pinch |
Sugar | pinch |
Yeast | 12 g |
Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. We take the water a little warmer than room temperature. Add water to the bowl.
- There, add about half the oil (25 ml) to the bowl.
- Add a little flour and begin to knead the dough with a spatula.
- Mix well and gradually add a little flour until the consistency becomes thicker.
- Add a pinch of salt and continue to mix. The consistency should not be very thick. Set the bowl aside and begin to prepare the yeast.
- In a bowl with yeast, add a teaspoon of sugar. We take warm water and begin to add in parts to a bowl with yeast.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Add a tablespoon of flour so that the yeast begins to dissolve with the flour.
- When the yeast dissolves, pour them into the cooked dough.
- Mix everything well and add flour to make the texture more dense. Mix the dough until smooth.
- The dough should be viscous. Set the dough in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
- When the dough starts to fit, mix it. Pour the remaining flour on the table and put all the dough on the flour.
- We envelop the dough in flour with gentle movements so as not to damage the dough. All the flour that was on the table should be completely absorbed into the dough.
- When the dough is kneaded, it will stick slightly to your hands. Take a little flour and crush her table. Once again, well mix the dough into flour.
- Take the remaining 25 milliliters of oil and pour on the table. We envelop the dough in oil in the same way as in flour. Knead the dough until the oil is completely absorbed so that nothing remains on the table. When the dough does not stick to your hands - it is ready.
- Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough, forming a lump from it. Sprinkle the dough with flour on top and leave it for 10 minutes. You can cover the dough with something on top, but you can not cover it.
- After 10 minutes, you can roll out the dough and start cooking pizza.
