- As soon as the dough begins to gather in lumps, add 15 ml of any vegetable oil to it. It can be not only sunflower, but also olive, flaxseed, rapeseed, etc. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. It should become quite soft and non-sticky. If your dough is too tight, add water or milk, if liquid - flour.
- Lubricate the bottom of the container with vegetable oil and put the dough into it, collected in a tight lump. We put this container in another, larger one, filled with warm water with a temperature of 50-60ºС. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to proof for 30 minutes.
