- Drive 3 large chicken eggs into a deep bowl. If the eggs are small, then you will need 4 pieces.
- We measure out 500 ml of milk with 2.5% fat content, pour it into a saucepan or any saucepan, put on the stove and heat it. Milk should be warm, but not hot.
- Add 2 tbsp to the eggs. l Sahara. If you want the pancakes to be sweeter, add more sugar. You can add a bag of vanilla sugar, then the pancakes will be very fragrant.
- Pour ¼ tsp. salt and mix well with a whisk. You can use a mixer to prepare the dough, but manually, the dough also works great.
- In order to make the dough without lumps, you need to add milk in several passes. First, pour 100 ml of warm milk, mix well.
- Then sift 1.5 cups of wheat flour, mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
- Add ¼ tsp. soda. Instead of soda, you can use baking powder.
- Next, pour in a little milk, each time mix the pancake dough well. The dough should not be too thick, as the pancakes will not turn out thin. The more liquid the dough is, the thinner the pancakes will be.
- As a rule, pancakes are fried in a dry pan, and in order to prevent them from sticking, add 2 - 3 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil. Stir the dough and leave it at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
- We put the pan on the stove and heat it well. Before the first pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil.
- After 15 minutes, mix the dough again.
- Pour dough onto a well-heated pan with a ladle.
- Cook the pancake over high heat on one side for several minutes, then gently turn it over to the other side and hold for another 1 - 2 minutes. The pancake turns golden.
- We put the finished pancake on a plate. Thus, we bake pancakes from the whole dough, stacking them in a stack on top of each other. You don’t need to lubricate pancakes, they are already very soft, thin and tasty. Pancakes can be served with sour cream, jam, any jam, condensed milk, and they can also be stuffed with any filling.
