Step cooking
- Pour 30 grams of coffee into a small deep bowl with a wide bottom.
- We heat 300 grams of pure water and pour boiling water over coffee.
- Add 50 grams of Amaretto liqueur to coffee and mix. Leave to cool this mixture to room temperature.
- Cool well in advance 250 grams of 33% cream. When the cream has cooled, place them in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until a thick mass is formed.
- In cream, add 500 grams of mascarpone, 120 grams of powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous, beautiful cream is formed.
- When the coffee has completely cooled down, dip in it in turn 35 pieces of Savoyardi sticks. It is not necessary to keep savoyards in coffee for a long time, otherwise they may become soft and dessert will not work.
- We spread half the Savoyardi in one layer on the bottom of the split baking dish.
- On the savoyardy we spread half the cream with mascarpone evenly.
- Again we put a layer of savoyardi cookies and a layer of cream on it.
- Using a spatula, level the top of the dessert and send it to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours to insist.
- When the dessert is infused, remove the baking dish and sprinkle it on top with 30 grams of cocoa powder. To make it easier to do, use a fine sieve.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If you do not accept the use of alcohol in desserts, then you can safely exclude this ingredient from the recipe. Liquor is used only to give a special touch to the taste and aroma of tiramisu.
- If you do not want to dwell only on the classic tiramisu, then try making strawberry.
- This dessert is served exclusively cold. Before serving, it must be infused for at least 6 hours, so that the cream has time to soak all layers of savoyardi and make them soft.
