Step cooking
Prepare the fish
- We carefully check the three tilapia fillets for the presence of large and small bones, if detected, remove them.
- Separately squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and then filter it through a fine strainer or gauze filter. Salt, pepper and pour plenty of lemon juice on each tilapia fillet. We set the fish aside so that it is well pickled.
Prepare other components
- Half fill a small pot with cold water. Bring the liquid to a boil, then salt and dip two chicken eggs in it. As soon as the eggs are boiled hard, we transfer them to ice water for 5-10 minutes. This action will help remove the shell without damaging the protein. Peel the eggs from the shell and rub them on a coarse grater. Similarly, grind one processed cheese.
- We mix both ingredients in one container, after which we add 20 g of sour cream, 10 g of mustard and a little salt to them.
- Thoroughly stir the prepared mass until a homogeneous, thick consistency is obtained. Peel the onions and peel them, then take only half the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Grind 70 g of hard cheese separately using a coarse grater.
We assemble the product
- Grease a baking sheet with 20 ml of refined sunflower oil. On top of the butter we lay out the pickled tilapia fillet.
- We lay egg-cheese mixture on each piece of fish.
- Evenly distribute the mass over the entire surface of the dish, slightly pressing it to the fillet. On top of the egg mixture, spread the chopped onion. The last we spread the grated hard cheese, forming a "hat" on the fish product.
Bake product
- Turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature of 180-190 ° C. We send the product to the preheated oven and bake there for 20-25 minutes until a golden, golden crust appears.
- After the specified time, remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the hot dish to the plate.
