Step cooking
- Pour 125 ml of water into the fireproof dish and heat it to about 35 degrees. Pour half the water into a deep bowl.
- Pour 0.5 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. dry yeast.
- We stir everything and give the dough time to rise.
- Sift 350 g of wheat flour. We send half the flour to the dishes, in which we will knead the dough.
- Add to the flour a whisper of salt, the remaining water, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and suitable yeast.
- We begin to stir the ingredients, gradually adding the rest of the flour to them.
- When the dough becomes dense, put it on a flat surface and continue to knead with your hands for 5 minutes.
- We send soft and elastic dough into a deep plate and cover it with cling film.
- We put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes so that it can increase in size by 2 times. We take out the finished dough from the plate, knead it with our hands and can use it as the basis for pizza.
The dough prepared according to this recipe is very soft and tender. It is ideal for making pizza. The only thing: if you freeze the finished dough, the cake will turn out not so tasty, so it's better to use it fresh.
