Step cooking
- It is recommended to knead the dough with Buryat buuses or poses in a deep bowl so that the flour does not spill out, and it was convenient for you. Sift 3 cups of wheat flour through a sieve. You can do this right away in a deep bowl. Sifting flour is an obligatory step in the preparation, since in this way it is saturated with oxygen, and garbage can be removed.
- In the middle of the flour we make a large depression and pour a glass of warm water into it. It can be heated in a kettle or microwave. It is important that the water temperature is about 36-37 degrees, but not boiling water.
- In the recess we add 2 chicken eggs, which also should be previously laid out from the refrigerator so that they are not cold.
- To all the ingredients in the bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt. It is also possible to add a small amount of vegetable oil, but you can do without it.
- We start kneading the dough for poses. First, use a fork or knife to carefully mix the liquid ingredients in the recess. Then gradually intervene the flour located on the edges of the vessel. When the dough becomes sufficiently thick and uniform, continue to knead it in a bowl with your hands. Then you can put it on a clean kitchen surface and continue to knead. If necessary, add a little flour, but do not abuse it, so that the dough does not turn out to be very clogged and dense. Otherwise, it will be difficult to roll and sculpt poses from it.
- The dough should turn out medium soft, and not stick to your hands. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a damp towel. Leave to rest for 20-25 minutes.
- After 20-25 minutes, the dough for the Buryat dish is ready. Squeeze it slightly and we can proceed directly to the preparation of poses. In the finished dish, the dough is quite soft and tender.
