Ingredients
Wheat flour | 500 g |
Egg | 1 PC. |
Water | 300 ml |
Salt | ½ tbsp l |
Step cooking
- Sift 450 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl, this will subsequently make the dough softer and more pliable.
- Gently pour 300 ml of boiling water into the flour and quickly mix with a spoon.
- Add ½ tbsp. l salt and 1 chicken egg.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. When the boiling water spreads over the flour, the temperature will become low and you can knead it with your hands.
- In the process of kneading, add another 50 g of flour, if necessary. The finished dough should be soft, elastic and not sticky to the hands.
- We wrap a ball of dough in a cling film or plastic bag so that it does not weather. Now we can either prepare the filling and immediately use the dough for the dish, or store it in the refrigerator until the right time.
