Step cooking
- Kefir (0.5 liters) is slightly warmed to a warm state and pour it into a large bowl.
- Pour baking soda into kefir (1 teaspoon with a hill). Stir the mixture with a wooden spatula.
- Add salt (1 pinch) and sunflower oil (4-5 tablespoons). Mix well.
- Sift the wheat flour (730 grams) into a separate bowl. Gradually, add the flour to the liquid mixture in small portions and knead the dough. First, with a wooden spatula, and then when it becomes impossible to mix the dough with a spatula, go to the batch with your hands, adding flour as needed.
- Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands and becomes soft, elastic and plastic.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the bowl with flour, put the kneaded dough rolled into a bowl, and cover the bowl with a clean, dry towel. Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes, and then you can begin to form dough products. You can use kefir dough without yeast for baking pies with various fillings, both sweet and not sweet, this dough is also suitable as a base for pizza with any filling, for donuts and pies fried in butter.
