Step cooking
- Pour 240 ml of warm milk into a bucket of a bread machine. Add one egg. Pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 25 butter (previously melting it).
- Then pour 2 tbsp. l sugar and 1 tsp. salt. Pour 0.4 kg of flour, pre-sifting it.
- Last ingredient - add 1 tbsp. l dry yeast.
- We select the “dough” mode in the bread machine, after it is kneaded, let it come up, for this it will take an hour and a half. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and spread the dough on it. If all proportions are strictly observed - the dough comes out soft, soft, absolutely does not stick to the fingers. We crush the dough just a little and form a roller out of it.
- We cut the roller into the required number of parts - depending on what size of baking you prefer. To make quite large buns, divide the roller into 9 parts - such products can also be used for sandwiches.
- Each piece is slightly crushed and assembled into a ball, which should be slightly pinched, after which - a little break in on the table. We place the buns on a baking sheet, covering it with baking paper. Close the pan with a towel and wait an hour.
- At this time, in a small bowl to a homogeneous consistency, mix 1 yolk with 1 tbsp. l water.
- Grease each bun with a yolk mixture with a brush. This procedure will give the appetizer a delicious golden hue. This is not necessary.
- We place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 190ºС - buns soft as fluff will be ready in about 20 minutes.
