- To milk with bulk ingredients add 1 egg and 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. It is better to choose odorless sunflower oil, as the pies will have an unpleasant aroma. Whisk all the ingredients lightly with a tablespoon.
- In a bowl with yeast and milk, pour 2 cups of flour, which you can not pre-sift. Immediately add all the flour. We mix all the products so that there are as few lumps as possible.
- Add the remaining glass of flour to the dough and continue to knead it with a spoon. The dough is a little liquidy. We collect all the dough in a bowl in one lump and cover with a clean towel or cling film. Leave the dough to infuse in a warm place for 20-60 minutes. The time taken to raise the dough depends on how warm the room is and how active the yeast is. It is recommended to place the bowl with the dough in a deep bowl, pouring warm water into it. Thus, the dough is faster and better suited. This method is especially recommended for people who have a low temperature in the kitchen.
- After 30 minutes, the dough should increase 1.5-2 times. Grease hands about 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and knead the dough right in a deep bowl.
