Step cooking
- First of all, prepare a dough for dough. We put 15 grams of pressed yeast in a small container.
- Knead them with your fingers until small crumbs, add one tablespoon of granulated sugar and 100 ml of water. We heat the water before adding to a warm state.
- Mix the mixture with a tablespoon until the yeast and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Add two tablespoons of wheat flour to the container with dissolved yeast, mix until smooth until all lumps of flour are dissolved.
- We cover the dough with cling film or a kitchen towel, send the container to a warm place for 15-20 minutes. The dough should come up with a hat, earn money, active air bubbles should appear.
- After 20 minutes, remove the cling film, see that the dough is working. We move it to another container, one in which it will be possible to knead the dough.
- Add the remaining 150 ml of warm water to it.
- Add 250 ml of milk here, preheating it to a warm state, pour one teaspoon of salt, mix.
- We break one egg into a small bowl, beat it with a fork until the yolk and protein are combined, and then add the egg to the bowl with dough, milk and water. Mix thoroughly again.
- Sift wheat flour in the amount of 900 grams through a sieve, begin to introduce gradually into the resulting liquid mass. We do this not immediately, but in several approaches, 100-150 grams each, stirring with a spoon to see what consistency the dough takes. It should be soft.
- When the dough is almost ready, pour it with three or four tablespoons of vegetable oil, crush it well so that the dough absorbs all the oil.
- We roll it into the shape of a ball, cover it with cling film or a lid, put it in a warm place so that it fits. It takes about an hour and a half or two.
- After this time, we take out the dough from the container - it has increased three times. We wet the palms with vegetable oil, put the dough on the table, knead until it becomes elastic, takes a homogeneous structure. All air bubbles should come out of it.
- We place it again in the container, cover with a lid, put in a warm place. An hour later, the dough will work again, you can make pies from it, fry in vegetable oil. You can also cook whites, bake pies in the oven.
