Step cooking
- Bring water to a boil (300 ml).
- Add table salt to the boiled water (1 teaspoon). Stir until the salt is completely dissolved.
- Pour pre-sifted wheat flour (500 grams) into a deep bowl (with a capacity of at least 4 liters). Make a depression in the center of the flour.
- Pour the salted boiling water into the center of the flour with a thin stream. Mix the flour and boiling water with a spoon at the same time.
- Put the diced butter (medium) butter in a saucepan, melt it over low heat (no need to bring to a boil).
- Pour melted butter into a bowl; wait until the butter cools down, no need.
- Stir the hot batch with a spoon, fork, culinary spatula. After cooling, knead by hand for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the mass becomes uniform, soft and elastic. Form a ball.
- Wrap the ball with cling film, put a "rest" for 30-35 minutes.
- After half an hour, start cooking.
From fresh custard dough according to this recipe, you can cook dumplings, manti, khinkali, ravioli, sorcerers. It is also suitable for fried pies and pasties.
