- Pack of butter (200 g) is previously removed from the refrigerator. We need it to cool at room temperature and acquire the soft texture necessary for the test. Pour curd in a volume of 400 grams into a deep bowl. Before kneading the dough, the curd mass must be grated so that a gentle homogeneous consistency is formed. This can be done using a hand blender or manually using a sieve.
- To the grated curd, add 200 g of butter, which managed to soften at room temperature. Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt there. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Pour 300 g of sifted white flour into a separate container, add a teaspoon of baking powder to it. If you don’t have a special baking powder in your house, you can replace it with half a teaspoon of hydrated soda.
- In a container with cottage cheese and butter, we begin to gradually introduce wheat flour. As the mass thickens, knead it with a spoon, and then with hands. We spread the mixture on a surface sprinkled with flour, and knead until a tender, elastic and homogeneous mass is obtained. The resulting mixture is wrapped in a plastic bag or cling film, placed in the refrigerator for one hour.
- After a while, the mixture is ready for baking. It can also be frozen and placed in the freezer or just stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. This dough is suitable for any baking, including for magnificent bagels.
Preparing the filling
As a filling for bagels, you can apply any variation to your taste. The most successful fillings will be:
- Condensed milk.
- Thick jam.
- Jam.

- Chocolate Butter or Nutella.
Preparation of products for baking

- Lubricate the bagels with the beaten chicken yolk using a silicone brush. This will give the finished bakery a delicious and crispy crust. We place the products in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. It is necessary to control the readiness of baking.
