Step cooking
- Pour 300 ml of warm milk into a bowl. Dissolve 40 g of raw yeast in milk, stirring with a whisk until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Again, mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- Now add 1 cup of sifted flour to this liquid. Knead the dough with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
- The mixture turned out to be like a pancake. We add 80 ml of vegetable oil to it. Mix everything thoroughly again. The mixture should be homogeneous.
- Gradually add the sifted flour, and manually knead the dough. You don’t need to pour out all the flour immediately so that the dough does not turn out steep and clogged.
- If the dough ceases to stick strongly to the hands, then this means that the flour is already enough, and you need to start mixing the dough. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes. If you are not comfortable kneading the dough in a bowl, then powder the table with flour and knead the dough on the table. The dough is already ready, if the bowl in which you knead is clean, the dough does not stick to your hands at all, and becomes soft and very elastic. Add a little flour to the bottom of the bowl, put our dough. We cover the bowl with the dough and leave for 1 hour to make the dough come up.
- After this time, take a chopping board, dust it with flour and put the dough on it. We turn the dough into a sausage and divide it into pieces. The pieces should be about the same size. It turns out about 11 pieces.
- We roll each piece into a ball. Before forming buns, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
- We will bake buns on a baking sheet. Pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil on it and brush the whole baking sheet with a brush. We dust the surface of the table with flour. We take a ball of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a 4-5 mm thick cake.
- Pour 1 tsp. Onto the cake. vegetable oil, and with a brush distribute it throughout the tortilla. Sprinkle one teaspoon of granulated sugar on top. If desired, you can still sprinkle with cinnamon.
- We turn the cake into a tube. Pinch the edge of the cake.
- We turn it in half (seam inward) and make a cut with a sharp knife in the center of the tube along the seam. We open the dough along the cut line and we get a very beautiful heart-shaped bun.
- Put the resulting bun on a greased baking sheet. We also continue to work with the rest of the test. From these ingredients, we got about 11 buns that fit on 2 baking sheets. Buns should be placed on a baking sheet at a certain distance, because they still fit. And when baking, they will increase in size. Leave the buns for 20 minutes to proof. After this time, send them to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Using a spatula, remove the hot buns from the baking sheet. The buns turned rosy with a very soft and magnificent dough.
