Step cooking
At the preliminary stage, you need to heat the milk to a temperature of + 35-40 degrees and sift the flour through a sieve. In addition, the chicken egg should be at room temperature. Next, the preparation of the dough for the pies in the bread machine proceeds according to this step-by-step instruction:
- Warm milk is poured into the bowl's capacity from the bread maker, and one and a half tablespoons of sugar without a hill are added to it.
- Next, half a pack of dry fast-acting yeast is added to the bowl, after which the whole mixture is mixed a little.
- Next, half a tablespoon of salt is poured into the container. Then a chicken egg preheated to room temperature is added there.
- Three tablespoons of vegetable oil are added to the bowl next.
- Now is the time to fill up all the sifted flour.
- A bowl with all the ingredients moves from the working surface to the bread machine.
- After installing the bowl and closing the lid on the bread machine, the “Dough” mode is selected. It is on all models from any manufacturer, but may be called a little differently. On average, the regimen should last 90 minutes: 20 for kneading and 70 minutes for raising the dough.
- If during kneading the dough sticks to the walls of the bowl, then there is not enough flour in it. To fix the situation, you need to add one or, if not enough, two tablespoons of flour. Further, when a kneading dough ball is completely formed, and there is no more flour left on the walls, add about a teaspoon of sunflower oil to the bowl. After this, you need to wait until the end of the kneading cycle and raising the dough.
- When the bread maker reports the end of the program, you need to get the bowl with the dough out of it. If everything went well, the dough in volume will increase two or two and a half times.
