- rolling pin;
- several glasses for water;

- towel.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Warm water | 200 ml |
Yeast | 6 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Vegetable oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Flour | 600-700 g |
Step cooking
- Pour a glass of warm water into a bowl.
- Add six teaspoons of yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and portionwise 100-150 grams of flour.
- Stir everything well for 5-10 minutes for the yeast to start working.
- When the yeast comes up and a small “cap” is formed, add a teaspoon of salt, three tablespoons of vegetable oil and gradually begin to pour the flour.
- Knead the dough with a spoon first. When the flour is completely dissolved, add some more water (200 milliliters). Water should be almost hot. To achieve the desired temperature, heat the kettle, pour water into a glass and leave for 3-4 minutes.
- Then knead the dough, if necessary add more flour.
- When all the ingredients are combined with each other, the dough can be kneaded by hand. Knead the dough for a long time - about five minutes. It should not stick to hands.
- Then for five minutes we leave the dough to come up. Five minutes later, the dough will rise, and then it will need to be slightly washed with your hands.
- Sprinkle flour on the cooking surface, spread half the dough. We leave the second half in a bowl and cover with a towel so that the dough does not dry out.
- From the first half of the dough we make a sausage and cut it into pieces of any size, depending on what you will cook.
- We form the dough into cakes, hands or a rolling pin, as you wish. The finished dough is very lush, tender and soft. From it you can cook anything you want.
