Step cooking
- Pour warm milk into a bowl (about 30 degrees).
- Add 200 milliliters of melted butter or margarine (in a water bath), one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar. Mix well with a spoon.
- Mix dry yeast and flour. Sift this mixture and add to the bowl to milk, butter, salt and sugar. Gradually mix everything until smooth.
- When the dough becomes thick enough, we begin to knead it with your hands, if it is difficult to do it with a spoon.
- Sprinkle a mat for kneading flour or any other surface with flour.
- We spread the dough, begin to knead it more actively.
- The form in which the mixture for the dough was prepared, sprinkle with flour and spread the dough there. Cover the form with a towel or paper towels.
- Leave the dough to approach for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. When the dough comes up, it will increase in size.
- We spread the dough on a rug or any other surface and once again knead well. After that, you can prepare the dough for your pies or any other baking. It will be very tender and soft, so the dish will surely turn out to be very tasty.
