- Pour 270 ml of water into the bread maker bowl. Add 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Then sift 500 g of flour directly into the bowl. Level the surface of the flour. Flour must be sifted necessarily, and best of all, even several times. So the dough will turn out much more magnificent. Please note that flour is different, so it may need a little more or a little less. Moreover, if we can control this by kneading manually, then in the case of a bread machine we can take into account only the features of the resulting dough and next time slightly change the amount of flour.
- Pour dry quick-acting yeast on top of the flour. Try to carefully distribute them over the entire surface. Only use yeast from trusted manufacturers, otherwise the dough will not rise. Also, read the label carefully. Not all dry yeast is fast-acting. Some of them need to be activated before use, that is, diluted in warm water and left for a while until the appearance of a foam cap, and only then add to the rest of the ingredients. If you are not sure about the quality of the yeast, it is best to breed them to check. If the foamy cap is magnificent and appeared quickly, you can not worry, the yeast is of high quality. But if there is little or no foam at all, it is better not to use such yeast.
- Set the mode of the “Fresh dough” bread machine and wait for the end of the program. For most bread machines, such a program lasts 1-1.5 hours. The finished dough should be left in the bowl for another 5-7 minutes, so that it rests a little.
After that we spread it on the working surface, divide it into parts and roll it into a thin layer. So that the dough is not weathered during the rolling process of one of the parts, cover the rest with a towel or cling film. Further rolled dough, as a rule, spread on a baking sheet, pre-lubricating it with vegetable or butter. You can also use baking paper. After that, the dough is generously greased with ketchup or sauce, spread the filling and fill with grated cheese. Pizza is baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, depending on the characteristics of a particular oven and the amount of filling for 15-25 minutes.
