Ingredients
Flour | 250 g |
Water is cold | 130 ml |
Fresh yeast | 3 g |
Olive oil | 30 ml |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Step cooking
- Pour 130 ml of cold water into a bowl. Spread 3 g of live yeast in water. Pour there 1 tsp. salt and stir it all until dissolved.
- Sift 250 g of flour and gradually pour it into a bowl with yeast, constantly stirring.
- When the kneading dough picks up the flour, we begin to knead with our hands. Add 30 ml of olive oil to the dough and knead it well for at least 10 minutes. As a result, the dough is very soft, elastic, completely non-sticky. We form the dough into a ball and put it in a bowl.
- We cover the bowl with a damp towel and put it in a warm place for an hour.
- At this time, the volume of the test will increase 2 times. We crush it - and you can bake pizza in the oven. This amount of dough is enough to make 2 medium pizzas with a diameter of about 30 cm.
Useful Tips
- Such a dough can be prepared in advance and used during the day, only need to be stored in the refrigerator.
- You can also freeze this dough and use it at the right time.
- Olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil, just remember that olive oil retains its beneficial properties at high temperatures.
- You can roll out the dough very thinly or make the cake thicker - it all depends on your taste.
- Before baking, do not forget to chop the cake with a fork so that the dough does not rise under the influence of high temperature due to steam.
