Prepared water | 100 ml |
Olive or sunflower oil | 4 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- To prepare a yeast-free pizza dough, you will need a large deep bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough. Sift 230 g of flour into a bowl, add 0.5 tsp to it. salt, 1 tsp baking powder of the dough and mix the dry mixture well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves. Since the flour is different for everyone, you may need a little more or less flour, so it is recommended to pour 200 g into the bowl first and add the necessary amount during kneading. But, as practice shows, basically, you have to add flour. In order not to take risks, it is better to do so.
- In the flour, make a deepening, pour 100 ml of water at room temperature, 4 tbsp. l sunflower or olive oil and knead the dough. First, you can do this with a spoon, and then with your hands.
- The finished dough should be elastic and soft. On average, it takes 10-15 minutes to knead. The better you knead the dough, the more elastic it will turn out, and then you can roll out thin sheets or flat cakes for pizza.
- Put the pizza base in a bag or wrap it with cling film and leave it to rest for about 30 minutes. While the dough will "rest", you can prepare the necessary ingredients for the filling and prepare the oven.
The dough prepared according to this recipe is quite light, and if you want something more high-calorie, you can add milk and chicken eggs to it. This base is suitable not only for pizza, the dough can be used for cooking rolls with salt filling, as well as for pasties.
