Cooking pizza
- Now prepare the filling and you can shape. For the filling, you can use any sausage or meat. It is good if boiled and smoked sausage is present in one pizza in the filling. You can supplement with tomatoes, pickles, peppers and other vegetables at your discretion. You can add pineapple, shrimp and any other seafood. Take mayonnaise and ketchup as a sauce. Or you can use the ready-made pizza sauce, which is sold in stores. If possible, make the sauce yourself. To do this, mix sour cream, tomato paste, add Provencal herbs, black pepper, salt. If you like spicy, add a little red pepper. With this sauce, you can not only grease pizza, but also serve it with meat or fish dishes.
- Grease the frying pan with vegetable or butter, pour the dough into it, lay the filling on top, sprinkle it with a thick layer of grated cheese. Cheese is better to use hard varieties.
