Step cooking
- Pour 3 cups of sifted flour, 1 pack of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt and half a glass of sugar into a deep plate, mix everything.
- Turn on the gas stove and heat 500 grams of milk in a saucepan. When the milk is heated, pour it into a plate and pour the flour there. Mix everything thoroughly. We put the dough in a warm place for about 30 minutes, so that it rises.
- In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs with a whisk.
- Next, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, it will make the dough more plastic, and the taste more saturated. Add ½ cup vegetable oil, mix well.
- Pour the egg mass into the dough and also mix everything well with a whisk.
- Add another 1 cup of flour and knead to make the dough, like dumplings or a little softer. We remove the finished kneaded dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, we take out the dough from the refrigerator, it should be very elastic. We dust the kitchen table with flour and roll the dough well with a rolling pin.
- You can take the filling for every taste. Today we preferred grated hard cheese and greens, and we will not make pizza, but pies. We carefully lay out our filling on one half of the perimeter and close the dough, like on a cheburek.
- Wrap the edges and spread on a baking sheet. The baking sheet must be covered with parchment paper or baking paper. In the same way we make the remaining cakes.
- For the second dish, we chose the meat filling. We do not roll out a small piece of dough with a rolling pin, but level it with our hands. You can make pies of absolutely any shape, because our dough is absolutely universal.
- Grease our pies with a beaten chicken egg using a cooking brush.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send there our baking sheet with baking for about 10-15 minutes. The pies should turn out with a good golden crust.
- We put ready cakes on the dish. If you have dough left, you can send it for storage in the refrigerator for up to one week. Our pastries are ready, bon appetit!
