Soda | 0.5 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, mix 200 ml of kefir, 100 grams of oil, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of soda.
- Add 1 egg and mix everything well with a whisk again.
- Pour 400 grams of flour and gently stir the dough, first with a spoon, and then with your hands, sometimes sprinkling flour, if necessary.
- Knead the dough for a long time, it usually takes about 5 minutes. Then we put the finished dough aside to rest for about 5-10 minutes. When our dough has rested, you can start cooking pizza.
- Cut the dough into 2 equal parts and roll it with a rolling pin into a circle, about 28-30 centimeters in diameter.
- Transfer to a pizza pan and grease with tomato sauce to taste. Spread cheese evenly over the entire area. Next, lay on top any filling to your taste. We laid out fresh tomatoes and sprinkled with herbs.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking tray with pizza in it for 10 minutes. We take out the baking sheet from the oven, transfer the pizza to the plate and cut into portioned pieces. Enjoy your meal!
Tips
- Filling for pizza can be absolutely anything: meat, sausages, cheeses, vegetables and greens. Show your imagination.
- For pizza dough, kefir will fit even with an expired shelf life.
- Being in the oven, dairy products take part in fermentation, which allows you to replace the yeast.
- Kefir can be replaced with similar products: unsweetened yogurt, sour cream or yogurt.
- In order for kefir to work, soda must be needed, preferably quicklime, so don’t knead the dough without it.
- The test also needs carbohydrates that sugar offers us.
- If you prefer crispy and thin dough, then bake it at elevated temperatures of 230-250 degrees.
- Herbs will help make the dough more fragrant: basil, oregano and other herbs. Add them to the dough itself during cooking.
- Choose flour of higher grades, if you take, for example, flour of the first grade, the dough will turn gray and will have an unpleasant aftertaste.
