Step cooking
- Pour 50 ml of kefir into a bowl. Drive an egg into kefir. Add 1 tsp. salt.
- Pour 2 tbsp. l Sahara. Also add 1 tsp. soda.
- Mix thoroughly and set aside for 5-10 minutes. At this time, sieve 0.3 kg of flour in a separate bowl.
- Add to it 40 g of butter at room temperature and carefully rub the mixture into the crumbs with your hands.
- Fill the crumbs with kefir mass and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Add another 0.5 kg of sifted flour and knead thoroughly. The result should be a very soft dough, slightly sticky to the hands.
- We roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave to lie down for 20-30 minutes, after which we can proceed to the construction of pizza.
Useful Tips
- Kefir for such a test is acceptable any, but a one percent product is best suited.
- Instead of kefir in this test, you can use whey, sour cream or yogurt.
- The dough can be kneaded with different densities. If it is liquidish, the filling is laid immediately, if it is thick, the base is baked first.
- If you prefer a thin base for pizza - do not forget to pierce the cake in several places with a fork before baking, so that under the influence of high temperature it does not rise with a “hat”.
- Kefir dough can be prepared for the future - it is wrapped in a film and put in the freezer. Before use, you need to hold it for several hours in the main chamber of the refrigerator, and then at room temperature for about an hour.
