- Pour 150 grams of warm clean water into a large bowl. Water should be slightly warmer than room temperature. Add 25 grams of vegetable oil to the water and mix.
- Pour 200 grams of wheat flour and mix. The consistency should be slightly thinner than the dough for pancakes. Add 2-3 grams of salt and mix again with a spoon or whisk.
- In a separate bowl, mix 12 grams of dry yeast and 2-3 grams of granulated sugar.
- Add 50 grams of warm pure water to the yeast and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add 5 grams of wheat flour and continue to mix until smooth. Pour the yeast into the previously kneaded dough. Well interfere.
- Pour another 150 grams of wheat flour and knead the dough, which will get a slightly thicker consistency than on pancakes.
- Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film or a clean towel and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes. When our dough comes up a little, mix it again. Pour 190 grams of wheat flour onto a clean, flat surface, make a large recess in it and lay out our dough. Now, with our hands, mix the flour into the dough. - Pour 25 grams of vegetable oil onto the table and continue to knead the dough until all the oil has been absorbed. We leave the finished pizza dough on a table sprinkled with flour, cover with cling film or a clean towel and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, we form the basis and prepare the filling.
