Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. Break two eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork.
- Sift the flour. Pour 200 grams of flour into a large bowl, preferably from durum wheat.
- Make a deepening in the flour and add beaten eggs there.
- We start stirring the ingredients and kneading the dough.
- Hand knead the dough in a bowl. Then put the dough on the table and continue to knead it there for about 5-10 minutes.
- While kneading, slightly pull the dough forward to make it more elastic.
- We roll the ball from the dough and wrap it in a film. Leave the dough for 1 hour to swell the flour.
- After an hour, cut the dough into two parts. Sprinkle flour on the working surface and put one of the parts of the dough on it.
- We begin to roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Make the dough thin enough. Sprinkle a layer of dough on both sides with flour and wrap it with a tube.
- We shift the dough onto the board and begin to cut the straw. Make noodles the size you like. If you like thin noodles, cut strips of about 2 millimeters, if you like larger ones, cut strips 1-2 cm wide.
- We expand the noodles after cutting and boil water for further cooking.
- To cook the noodles correctly, we adhere to the following rules. First, cook the noodles in plenty of water. Secondly, for each liter of water add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Cook the noodles for about 4 minutes.
