Premium flour | 4 cups |
Vegetable oil | 8 tbsp. l |
Water | 250 ml |
Vodka | 2 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- Add sugar to four cups of flour, then salt.
- Pour eight tablespoons of vegetable oil into the base of the future dough. Remember to add 250 milliliters of water. Then add two tablespoons of vodka.
- Knead the dough until smooth. When the dough begins to harden and it becomes difficult to interfere, sprinkle flour on the table and continue to knead it there.
- After the dough has been kneaded, place it in a bowl and cover with paper or a towel. Leave the dough covered for about thirty to forty minutes.
- The test for chebureks should be allowed to infuse. In this case, it is recommended to fully cook it a couple of hours before frying.
Filling and frying
Cooking toppings and frying. Mix 600 grams of minced meat (pork, chicken, beef or any other) with three onions. Bulbs must first be chopped or minced. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as three tablespoons of kefir. Kefir will add juiciness to the dish.
If there is no kefir, then water will do. Mix well and the filling is ready. Make sausages from the dough and divide it into equal parts with a knife. Roll each slice into layers, and begin to lay out the filling on one half of the cake. Cover the filling with the second half.
For frying, you need half a liter of refined oil. Put a piece of dough with heated butter in a skillet. If the dough began to fry, then time to cook pasties. Fry the dish on both sides. When a golden crust begins to appear, this means that the pasties are ready. It takes about seven to ten minutes to fry.

If pasties are served as a main dish, freshly sliced vegetables or grilled vegetables, greens (parsley, cilantro, lettuce, basil) are well suited for them.
