Step cooking
- First you need to sift the flour. Next, heat the milk to a temperature of 40-42 degrees and pour it into a deep container for kneading dough. Then add 7 g of dry fast-acting yeast and 3 tbsp. l Sahara. Mix thoroughly.
- Add 3 tbsp. l sifted flour and mix. Next, add another 1 tbsp. l flour and mix again.
- We cover the container with cling film and remove in a warm place to rise. While the dough rises, we proceed to prepare the muffin. In a separate container, break 1 chicken egg, add 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. l sugar and mix thoroughly. Next, melt 50 g of butter, cool to room temperature and add to the egg with sugar. Mix until smooth.
- When the dough has approached, that is, increased by 2-3 times, add the baking and gently mix with a spatula. Gradually introduce the remaining flour and mix.
- When the dough becomes too thick and kneading it with a spatula will be difficult, we transfer the dough to a work surface or a silicone baking mat, sprinkling them lightly with flour. Pour on the dough 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and begin to knead with your hands. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. The dough is soft and does not stick to your hands.
- Next, grease a deep container with vegetable oil, shift the dough into it, cover with cling film and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour. After 30 minutes, do a swipe.
- While the dough rises, prepare a sprinkle for buns. To do this, we need 30 g of flour, 15 g of butter and 2 tbsp. l Sahara. Pour the flour into a separate container, add sugar and mix. Next, add the butter and grind into crumbs.
- We divide the finished dough into equal pieces. We roll each piece into a ball, cover with a film and leave for 10 minutes.
- After that, we form a cake from the ball. Put the filling in the center of the tortilla and form a bun, wrapping the tortilla in a knot. Try to carefully pinch the edges so that when baking the bun does not fall apart.
- We lay the bun blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- Lubricate the workpiece with a loose yolk and sprinkle with crumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
