Step cooking
- Pour 300 ml of pre-warmed milk into a deep container, add 25 grams of spirit yeast, stir with a tablespoon and leave for 10-15 minutes so that the yeast disperses.
- While the yeast dissolves, we drive three fresh chicken eggs into another deep container, add 100 grams of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one pinch of salt. We mix everything with a tablespoon, and then beat with a blender, applying a whisk.
- Pour two tablespoons of fresh orange juice mixed with one tablespoon of orange zest into the resulting lush mixture.
- Again, mix everything thoroughly, add pre-melted butter in the amount of 70 grams. We got a foamy mixture of a beautiful lemon shade.
- Now pour milk and yeast into this mixture, mix with a tablespoon.
- We place it over a container with the resulting mass sieve and gradually sift the flour there.
- Flour in the amount of 700 grams is added in parts, knead the dough with a spoon, and when it is no longer possible to knead the spoon, put it on the table. If necessary, add another 100 grams of flour, knead the dough well.
- At the end, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough, knead again.
- We place the finished kneaded dough in a deep bowl, cover with a clean towel and send it to rest in a warm place for one hour.
- After time, we take out the dough, remove the towel - the dough has increased three to four times, it has become lush, beautiful, has the aroma of an orange. It is ready for the preparation of flour confectionery.

- To effectively prepare such a yeast dough, pay attention to the quality of the products that are used for it.
- Choose premium flour in those outlets where you bought the product before, are confident in its quality.
- Use only fresh, wet yeast. Stale negatively affect the preparation of the test: it may not rise at all, be sour and with an unpleasant odor.
- Carefully consider the choice of vegetable oil, which you will add at the end of kneading: it should not be bitter, have an unpleasant stagnant smell - this will negatively affect dough products.
