Step cooking
- We make the leaven for the test. To do this, pour the yeast, one tablespoon of sugar, water in one bowl and mix well with a spoon. We put the leaven in a warm place to raise.
- While the yeast rises, we begin to prepare the dough. To do this, pour water, milk, salt, sugar, vegetable oil into a bowl and add the sifted flour. First add half the flour and mix well.
- Add the leaven, which stood for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
- Mix well and add the remaining flour.
- We begin to knead the dough with your hands. It will be ready when it stops sticking to your hands.
- We cover the dough with a lid, put in a warm place to raise.
- After 1 hour, remove the lid and knead the dough slightly with your hands.
- After that, leave the dough in a bowl, cover with a lid and put it in a warm place for another 40 minutes.
- After the set time, it will be possible to work with the test.
