- In a deep bowl add 30 g of fresh or 10 g of dry yeast. Grind fresh yeast into crumbs. Add one tablespoon of sugar and 500 ml of warm water. The water temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees, otherwise the yeast will boil and will not start its reaction. We mix everything.
- Sift 1 kg of flour into a separate bowl. Be sure to sift it 2-3 times so that it is well enriched with oxygen. Add 100 g of flour to the water, stir the mass with a whisk to make it homogeneous without lumps.
- We cover the bowl with cling film or a lid, leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes, let the yeast activate.
- After that, remove the towel from the bowl, add one teaspoon of salt, 50 ml of vegetable oil to the dough, mix.
- Add flour portionwise and knead the dough at the beginning with a spoon or a whisk, then with your hands. Each person will need a different amount of flour, so do not rush to pour all at once. Knead the dough with your hands for about 7 minutes, during which time it will become one lump and will not stick to the hands and walls of the dishes.
- Lubricate the walls of a clean bowl with vegetable oil, roll a ball from the dough, put it in a bowl, cover with cling film or a towel and leave it to approach in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- During this time, it will increase by 2-2.5 times.
- Now you can use it for its intended purpose. For example, you can bake garlic buns. To do this, grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, roll balls the size of a chicken egg from the dough, spread on a baking sheet. We cover with a towel and let go 10-15 minutes. Beat one egg, grease the surface of the workpieces with a silicone brush.
- We send the pan to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes.
- Put greens (parsley, dill) garlic and a little butter in a blender bowl, whisk everything. Cover the finished buns with the mixture. This mixture can also be put on buns before baking.
